Tomato salad is the perfect side dish to a refreshing lunch or a great snack throughout the day! As summer is slowly coming to a close- I still find myself craving cold refreshing straight from the garden, fruits and vegetables. This hits the spot!
The sweet, juicy tomato combined with tart balsamic vinegar, and all the seasonings = PERFECTION! Plus it takes less than 5 minutes to make, which always equals a bonus when it comes to recipe wins!
Ingredients:
1 Large Organic Juicy Tomato
2 Tbs. Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4- 1/2 Organic Bell pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Chop the tomato into chunks. (peppers too if adding)
Sprinkle Balsamic vinegar over tomatoes (and peppers.)
Add your sea salt, pepper, and garlic.
Mix well
*Other add ins could be avocado, cucumbers, and even fresh grass-fed mozzarella cheese!
