What was your life like before Ideal?

Mercedes: I chalked up my aches and pains to aging only to discover that there were legitimate reasons (misalignments) to my spine that were triggering the discomfort.

What is your life like now?

Mercedes: My journey at Ideal Chiropractic has left me feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time that I don't have to just suck up the aches and pains I associated with aging. If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?

Mercedes: It is a great catalyst for self care and heightened awareness of the everyday movements we do that impact our overall health and well being.
