What was your life like before Ideal?
Mary Jo: Stiff, sore, feel much older than I am. It was often on my mind because I was constantly reminded of it.
What is your life like now?
Mary Jo: Stiffness is much improved- I don't even think about it anymore. I feel much closer to my age.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Mary Jo: To live as much as you can, maintain your youth!
