What was your life like before Ideal?
Gracie: I had major trouble running/doing any high intensity exercise. The pain was in my hips, to the point where it felt as if it was going to fall off, literally.
What is your life like now?
Gracie: Now, I have no pain in my hips and am able to run and exercise with no issues at all.
