What was your life like before Ideal?
Donna: I had issues with pain and stiffness and thought it was age related. Old injuries would flare up on occasion too. I would nickname them, "old war wounds." :(
What is your life like now?
Donna: The pain has been reduced greatly. My movement is more fluid. The exercises have increased my flexibility. My energy is a big plus, too.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Donna: Give yourself the gift of less pain and stiffness and more energy.
