Date and Nut Bars!


Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh dates (pitted)

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse until well mixed.

  2. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press mixture into pan.

  3. Stick in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.

  4. Take bars out and cut into squares.

  5. You can individually wrap them for a quick 'grab and go' snack, or leave them in the pan covered.

*You can use any variety of raw nuts or seeds to make this recipe. Get creative!*
