What was your life like before Ideal?
Rena: I was having constant back pain, especially my lower back. Pain had been around for years and I would go get adjusted but it never helped. I knew this wasn't normal or how I should be feeling at my age.
What is your life like now?
Rena: I feel so much better! My back has so much relief now, and I've seen other improvements I never even imagined like better sleep, increased mobility, less stress and better overall mood!
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Rena: It can improve so many areas of your life!
