What was your life like before Ideal?

Kat: Before Ideal, my life was extremely busy and constantly 'on the go,' especially with a toddler. I had started new employment which limited my movement and caused me to develop pain/stiffness, especially in my lower back. This caused more difficulties when it came to playing with my son. I would wake up with headaches/stiffness/aches daily and relied heavily on Tylenol to reduce pain.

What is your life like now?

Kat: Nearly pain free! I have more energy and less difficulties with movement. I love not having headaches daily and the energy to spend time with my family.

If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?

Kat: The care received from the staff has been such a positive experience. They do everything to ensure your needs are being met.
